Between April 2010 and March 2011, Estate Services conducted more than 340 estate inspections across the borough. Residents, Resident Groups and Resident Inspectors were invited to these inspections, which focussed on the quality and standard of services to communal and external areas on our estates. In 2011/12, we are reviewing the estate inspection process to ensure the service we provide is efficient and meets the needs of all our residents.
