Lewisham Homes conducts regular estate inspections which all residents are welcome to attend, along with other resident inspectors, Residents’ Association representatives and Councillors.

During the tours, the inspectors examine communal (shared) areas. The tour looks at the standard of cleanliness, communal repairs and environmental issues.
